Jarrod over the past 20 years has held several senior management roles in both the public and private sectors in Australia and overseas with extensive experience in pre-fab manufacturing and market development. Jarrod is on the PrefabAUS Board of Directors and is also an Executive Member of the Modular Building Industry Association Australia (MBIAA).

Eric has more than 15 years’ experience in all facets of General and Operational Management, with a demonstrated history of working in the Construction, Infrastructure and Professional Service Industries in both local and International Markets.
He has developed and managed business opportunities and clients across a range of sectors including custodial, government, education, commercial and housing whilst continually driving a culture of collaboration, open innovation and high performance within his team and across the business.

HR Manager

Laura joined the Fleetwood Group in 2015 and transitioned to the Manufacturing Accommodation division in 2017. She is responsible for leading the HR and HSEQ functions nationally. With over 10 years’ experience in the manufacturing and construction sectors, Laura is a true HR generalist looking after IR/ER, payroll, resourcing, training and development plus HSEQ across the business. Laura has a passion for people and process improvement providing ongoing support to the business and employees.

Design Manager

Brendan has 10 years experience working within the design and construction industry. He has spent seven years working for a top tier Melbourne based architectural practice in the capacity of Project Architect, Interiors Operations Manager and company QA Manager.
During this time he was responsible for delivering local and international commissions, including India and the USA. Brendan’s design works and experience cover a variety of market sectors, from retail and commercial through to education. His skills are complimented by a degree in Landscape Architecture, providing a holistic approach to design.

Greg has spent 10 years working in accounts across manufacturing and construction sectors. In his seven years at Fleetwood, he has been responsible for managing the preparation and delivery of the group’s financial reporting systems along with managing all commercial operations of the company.

Natalie has over 10 years of management experience in HSEQ. Working across manufacturing, warehousing, medical and injury management sectors. She spent 8 years working for an international listed company leading ISO certifications and injury reduction programs across multiple divisions. Natalie is dedicated to ensuring compliance but to a greater extent making HSEQ meaningful, relevant and highly engaging.
