Jason Kunkler
Chief Operating Officer
Jason has more than 33 years of operational and executive experience in the construction industry. He is the immediate past president of MBAWA and was formerly the General Manager of PACT Construction, a subsidiary of the privately-owned ABN Group, a position he held for the past 16 years. As the founding General Manager of PACT, he oversaw the establishment and growth of the business delivering projects in the commercial construction sector for both public and private sector clients.

Michael Colling
Executive General Manager - National Sales & Marketing
Michael has over 10 years of senior management experience in the modular building industry across Australia. Michael has been instrumental in the development of dynamic sales and leadership teams and building strong long-term business relationships based on openness, collaboration and trust throughout Fleetwood’s Western Australian operations.

Natalie Sip
National HSEQ Manager
Natalie has over 10 years of management experience in HSEQ. Working across manufacturing, warehousing, medical and injury management sectors. She spent 8 years working for an international listed company leading ISO certifications and injury reduction programs across multiple divisions. Natalie is dedicated to ensuring compliance but to a greater extent making HSEQ meaningful, relevant and highly engaging.

Greg Johnson
Financial Controller
Greg has spent 10 years working in accounts across manufacturing and construction sectors. In his seven years at Fleetwood, he has been responsible for managing the preparation and delivery of the group’s financial reporting systems along with managing all commercial operations of the company.

Jo Cisternino
National HR Manager
Jo has 20 years’ experience in HR operations and strategy. She has spent 10 of those years in the construction industry managing and mentoring HR teams to deliver best practice HR across each business. Jo has been instrumental in developing the HR strategy at Fleetwood to ensure we attract, develop and retain the best talent in the industry.

Brendan Pope
Head of Design and Innovation
Brendan has 10 years experience working within the design and construction industry. He has spent seven years working for a top tier Melbourne based architectural practice in the capacity of Project Architect, Interiors Operations Manager and company QA Manager.
During this time he was responsible for delivering local and international commissions, including India and the USA. Brendan’s design works and experience cover a variety of market sectors, from retail and commercial through to education. His skills are complimented by a degree in Landscape Architecture, providing a holistic approach to design.

Ross Dowling
Victorian Operations Manager
With the benefit of more than 15 years’ experience working in the construction industry, Ross has delivered a range of projects spanning defence, education, youth justice, aged care and health care projects within complex operational environments. Throughout his time at Fleetwood, Ross has been influential in consolidating offsite and onsite processes across our extensive operations in Victoria.

Daniel Howlett
Queensland Operations Manager
Daniel has more than 25 years’ experience encompassing project management, production management and operational roles within the manufacturing and construction industry. In more than 15 years at Fleetwood, he has driven innovative business efficiencies whilst creating and maintaining a strong safety and teamwork culture across our Queensland operations.

Darryl Marshall
Western Australia and South Australia Operations Manager
For more than 20 years, Darryl has refined substantial expertise within the modular construction industry. Darryl has honed skills in estimating, construction and project management, scheduling, a strong working knowledge of process improvement and lean management practices. Darryl has been instrumental in leading the West Australian operations of Fleetwood Building Solutions and more recently, establishing our operations in South Australia.

New South Wales Operations Manager
Leading our New South Wales operations, Rufus Harding offers more than 20 years’ international experience in construction contracting, financial control, supply chain logistics and manufacturing. His diverse experience is drawn from an extensive range of successful projects in Australia, China, Asia and Europe.
