Excellence in Action: Fleetwood Apprentices Stand Out
At Fleetwood Australia, we’re proud to do more than deliver award-winning modular solutions—we’re committed to building a strong, skilled future workforce by investing in talented individuals across the trades.
Since launching in 2023, the Apprenticeship Program has welcomed 39 active apprentices across NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, and SA. Each apprentice is supported from day one with structured onboarding and hands-on learning and is supported in a culture shaped by our values: Zero Harm, Accountability, Integrity, Collaboration, and Innovation.
Apprentice of the Month: Celebrating Everyday Excellence
Across the country, we celebrate standout individuals each month through our Apprentice of the Month program. This initiative highlights those who show initiative, live our values, and go above and beyond onsite and in training.
Some of our recent winners include Seb in (WA), for safety leadership, Dean (NSW) for strong attendance and initiative, and Nilo (VIC) for driving improvements and completing coursework ahead of schedule.
These recognitions help foster a culture of ownership and pride across our national teams.
National Recognition: Kirra Tranter Takes Top Honours
We’re proud to see our apprentices recognised not only within Fleetwood but on major industry stages.
In Victoria, Kirra Tranter was awarded the Florence M. Taylor Award at the 2025 Master Builders Apprentice of the Year Awards. A second-year carpenter, Kirra has completed multiple certificates and a Diploma of Project Management, while gaining hands-on experience and working toward becoming a registered builder.
In South Australia, Dinh Hoang earned a Silver Medal at the TAFE SA Regional Competition, placing among the top performers out of more than 20 skilled carpentry professionals. His recognition reflects the high standard of talent being developed through our program.
