2025 Annual General Meeting

Fleetwood Limited’s 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held as a hybrid meeting on Monday 27 October 2025 at 3.00 pm (Sydney time).

Shareholders and proxyholders may attend, ask questions and vote in the AGM:

• in person, at the Business Hub at 2 Market Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (LG Conference Room); or
• online, by visiting https://meetnow.global/M4JAPJM on a smartphone, tablet or computer.

Questions

During the AGM the Board will endeavour to address questions from Shareholders attending in person and online.

We encourage Shareholders to lodge questions prior to the AGM by emailing CompanySecretary@fleetwood.com.au by 5.00pm (Sydney time) on Wednesday 22 October 2025.
