Fleetwood’s role was to deliver a full turnkey solution, which specifically included a two-phased approach for the Australia Pacific LNG Gas Processing Facilities Accommodation Camp in Queensland. With the project spanning over 3 years, the Village required a range of facilities including:

  • Laundries
  • Wet and Dry Mess
  • Reception
  • Commercial Kitchens
  • Gym
  • 4-person Single Person Quarters (SPQ’s)
  • 2-person PWD
  • Sports Oval
  • Multipurpose Courts and Volleyball area

The Australia Pacific LNG Gas Processing Facilities project involved the construction of 6 new gas processing plants, which included the Combabula Village in the heart of Queensland. The project generated considerable flow-on benefits throughout the Queensland economy, creating approximately 6,000 direct jobs during the peak construction phase.
