Fleetwood offer a range of prefabricated Independent Living units (or as they are commonly referred to as ‘Granny Flats’). Independent living units provide a number of options to the property owner. They can produce an additional income stream by way of a rental income from a tenant or they can simply accommodate a growing family or an elderly family member, who still wants to maintain a level of privacy and independence, with the benefit of low cost living and minimal maintenance.

Fleetwood’s range of one and two bedroom designs feature open-plan living spaces and can be tailored to suit your requirements and budget. Our modular ‘Granny Flats’ can be transported anywhere in WA, and provide the flexibility to move or relocate the unit should your requirements change.
