There are many locations throughout W. A. in which you can purchase or locate a new Park Home.

They can be close to Perth, close to the beach, or in country areas such as Albany or Busselton

Each village is different, so look around and you will find the right one for you.

Site fees vary from village to village, but for a single retired person who is receiving a full pension, it can be as little as  $50 per week.
