The
home becomes part of your estate and your children have the option
of either moving into the home themselves (if they satisfy the
park requirements), selling the home (either themselves or through
an agent such as Fleetwood Established Home Sales) or even moving
the home to another location for use as a holiday home.
Although
Fleetwood has an extensive range of standard floorplans, we realise
that many people have particular needs and we are happy to alter
the plans to suit those needs. We can even completely custom design
a home for you if you wish.
As
of 1st July 2003, all new Fleetwood homes will come complete with
insulation batts to walls, roof and ceilings. This is to comply
with the new Building Codes of Australia with regard to energy
efficiency.
